About

Tina Rowe works with the tools and processes of analogue photography. She works with both her own archive and external archives and collections. Her work explores the narrative possibilities of analogue processes and practices.

She frequently teaches alternative processes with special interest in cyanotype, liquid photographic emulsion, lith printing and mordançage.

She is currently a PhD student at Chelsea College of Art, part of UAL. Her research is a practice led exploration of the identities of adults who were transracially adopted. she is herself an Anglo Somali transracial adoptee.
