A hasselblad, a polaroid back and no more than 60 minutes.
I started out using the polaroid back just to have a look before I shot. As it was intended for. But I started to like the images that came out. All of these images are intended for lifting on to other substrates so most of them no longer exist in the form presented. I like that about them. In a digital world where our bytes and pixels have the potential to out live us by millennia, as long as there are programs that can read them, it is difficult to feel committed enough to destroy one thing even if it is in order to make another.
